Ten Yearz Inc. Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Ten Yearz Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") and its members regarding the use of AI-powered fortune telling, Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) analysis, and related services provided through the Company's websites and applications (hereinafter "the Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Service" refers to all AI fortune analysis services provided by Ten Yearz Inc., accessible on any device including PCs, mobile devices, and other wired or wireless devices.
• "Member" refers to a customer who has agreed to these Terms, entered into a service agreement with the Company, and uses the services provided.
• "Paid Service" refers to various online digital content (detailed AI Saju reports, compatibility analysis, monthly fortune subscriptions, etc.) and related services offered for a fee.
• "AI Output" refers to all results—text, images, audio, etc.—generated by the Company's AI algorithms based on member input data (date and time of birth, etc.).

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Company shall post these Terms in a location easily accessible to members on the Service.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the bounds of applicable laws and regulations.
3. When amending the Terms, the Company shall provide at least 7 days' prior notice. For changes unfavorable to members, at least 30 days' notice shall be given.

Article 4 (Formation of Agreement)

1. The service agreement is formed when a prospective member agrees to the Terms, submits a membership application, and the Company approves such application.
2. The Company reserves the right to reject or subsequently terminate applications in the following cases:
   • Providing false information
   • Using another person's identity
   • Minors under 18 applying without parental consent

Article 5 (Protection of Personal Information)

1. The Company endeavors to protect members' personal information in accordance with applicable laws. Our Privacy Policy applies to the protection and use of personal information.
2. The Company may collect members' date of birth, birth time, and gender to improve AI analysis accuracy. The Company is not responsible for inaccurate results due to incorrect information provided by the member.

Article 6 (Service Provision)

1. The Company provides the following services:
   • AI-based Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) and fortune analysis
   • AI chatbot fortune consultation services
   • Other services developed or provided through partnerships
2. The Company may modify the content of services due to technical changes (AI model updates, algorithm improvements, etc.) or other unavoidable circumstances, with appropriate notice.

Article 7 (AI Service Disclaimer)

• Entertainment Purpose: AI fortune analysis results provided by the Company are based on traditional Eastern metaphysics data and AI probability models. The Company does not guarantee the scientific accuracy, completeness, or future realization of the results. Service results should only be used as entertainment-oriented advice or reference material.
• No Professional Advice: Members must not make important legal, medical, or financial decisions based on information provided by the Service. The Company shall not be held legally responsible for any damages or losses (investment losses, emotional distress, etc.) resulting from the use of the Service. Please consult qualified professionals for professional advice.
• Limitations of Generative AI: Due to the nature of AI technology, service outputs may contain factual inaccuracies, contextually inappropriate expressions, or repetitive content. Members acknowledge and agree to these limitations.
• Financial Disclaimer: Wealth fortune analysis in this Service (investment style reports, wealth graphs, money compatibility, etc.) is entertainment content and does not constitute financial or investment advice under any applicable securities laws. Always consult a certified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Article 8 (Paid Service Usage and Payment)

1. Services are classified as free or paid. Fees and payment methods for paid services are displayed on the relevant service pages.
2. Members may use PayPal and other payment methods provided by the Company to access paid services.

Article 9 (Cancellation and Refund)

1. Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel within 7 days of receiving the contract confirmation for the purchased paid service.
2. Cancellation Restrictions: Cancellation may be restricted when:
   • Digital content delivery has commenced (e.g., member clicked "View Results" after payment)
   • Content was individually produced per the member's request (e.g., AI-generated custom responses)
3. Eligible for Refund: Refunds are available regardless of content viewing if content was not properly delivered due to system errors, or if content significantly differs from advertised descriptions.

Article 10 (Copyright)

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights to works created by the Company belong to the Company. Editorial copyright for AI-generated outputs also belongs to the Company.
2. Members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise commercially exploit information obtained through the Service without prior written consent from the Company.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. Any disputes between the Company and members shall be resolved through good faith consultation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Republic of Korea.
